1. What this site is
The DRIP DRAPE Artist Hub (hub.getthedrip.com) offers independent artists mastering, album art, promo, and music-selling services. It is a separate site from the DRIP DRAPE clothing store (GetTheDrip.com), which has its own terms. By using this site or submitting music, you agree to these terms.
2. Artist Hub services
- Split: artists keep 90% of every sale and service; the platform keeps 10%.
- Your rights: you always keep 100% of your masters and 100% of your publishing. Submitting music never transfers ownership of your work to DRIP DRAPE.
- License first: you must agree to these terms in the submit form before sending music. No agreement, no upload — submissions without the agreement are not accepted.
- Reference code: every submission gets a reference code (for example DD-1001). Put your code in the note of your PayPal payment so we can match your payment to your submission.
- Payouts: music-sale earnings are paid out monthly, once your balance reaches $25.
- Exit: either side can end the arrangement with 30 days' notice. Your masters and publishing stay yours, always.
- You are responsible for making sure you own or have the rights to everything you submit, and for telling us truthfully whether AI tools were used in making your track.
3. Acceptable use
Use this site lawfully. Do not submit music or content you do not have the rights to, and do not use the site or our contact email for spam or fraud.
4. Liability
The site and services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, DRIP DRAPE is not liable for indirect or incidental damages connected with use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
